18 Jan Pdf reader in the browser, now also on Streaming Books
During the first quarter of 2017 Digital Books will launch its new reader on the cloud for pdf format folders.
This pdf reading feature is being incorporated into Streaming Books, the browser ebook reader in epub2 format which DB has, to increase the range of formats.
The epub and pdf reader can be easily replicated in online ebook shops that want to provide this service to their readers, and in addition to the reading apps (Amabook and Suscribooks) it is part of a synchronised ecosystem that means readers can comfortably access and read their digital books, without the need for complex processes stemming from reading with the Adobe anti-copy DRM protection, highlighted by the majority of publishing houses.
The reader converts the pdf into html format, obtaining a high quality level in the conversion, and it will be initially available at www.amabook.es.
